Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

Special Note for Digital Content

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to execute the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by consenting to the commencement of the performance.

Refund Process

1. Send an email to info@sempernunc.de with your order number and your request to withdraw.
2. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal within 2 business days.
3. The refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
