The WillB.one method as a door opener

1. Why do a Deep Dive?
This is for Seekers of Truth who want to become Finders. All the teachings and learnings in your life belong to you and are part of your life mystery. With the help of extraordinary experiences, you may gain understanding, explanations, insights, and different perspectives. This can assist you in your life and inspire you to move forward with your next step.
2. What does a Deep Dive contain?
During the Deep Dive process, your consciousness is shifted to different levels you usually cannot access. The experience is very individual, and no generalizations can be made. Being ultimately individual, it is usually very meaningful for the participant even if it can be hard to describe or make understandable for others. Your attention is moving inward, and you are invited to identify with more than your personality – your Essence.
3. Who leads this?
Marianne and Johan Niklasson have been seekers for 30 years. They have dived deep into many areas in their “search for truth” to find answers to the big questions about life and how to live it. With their combined backgrounds and deep understanding of Essence/Personality and the work with Amanita Muscaria, they offer a unique mix of understanding and Being that will help you align with your own. After guiding many people through Deep Dives, they provide a unique set and setting for such potentially life-changing experiences.
4. Where?
These special events take place in small workshop centers or private locations, at the moment mainly in Germany.
5. How long?
The DeepDive is more than just a weekend. It is a several-week-long process. When you have filled in the participation form, we will contact you for an introductory call to assess if a Deep Dive might be right for you and determine if you need any support before the event.
You are invited to microdose in the weeks before, so that at the Deep Dive, Your system is already familiar with the substances in the mushroom, and You have had some time to tune into what this might be about for You.
About ten days before the event, we usually offer a group call for orientation and connection for the group.
We will invite you to a follow-up call around three to four weeks after the Deep Dive. If you need more support for your integration, we are available for further calls.
6. How much?
The cost for participating in a Deep Dive is around CHF 980, depending on the venue.
7. Preparation
When you have signed up, we will contact you with detailed information about how to prepare for your Dive.
8. Is this legal?
The use of Amanita Muscaria dates back many thousands of years and is part of our heritage. This is not a novel substance produced in a lab. Since this mushroom grows all over the planet and has been part of so many cultures, making it illegal is not practically feasible.
In a few countries, selling the mushroom for consumption (eating) is illegal. The Netherlands, Italy, Australia, Lithuania, Thailand, some states in the USA and just recently Switzerland, are among the few that have regulated the mushroom.
It is important to understand the motivation behind regulations—in general, they are designed to protect people from their own stupidity, and this is a valid reason in most cases. Regarding the deliriant Amanita Muscaria, we agree with the need for precaution and a special awareness regarding safety.
We only offer this work in countries where it is legal.
Where no law is broken, well-informed, healthy adults can decide to eat all kinds of things. From a spiritual perspective, this is the “vitamin” our soul longs for.
You should contact your medical specialist or legal advisor if you feel uncertain.
What is a Deep Dive™?
During a Deep Dive™, the participant ingests a larger amount of Amanita Muscaria. Depending on body weight and sensitivity, that amount can be anything from 10 grams to 25 grams. People who do Deep Dives have been micro-dosing and usually know how sensitive they are.
Amanita Muscaria is a deliriant and, as such, psychoactive. It contains substances that influence and change how one experiences oneself and the world inside and around us. For many, this experience can be helpful in learning about oneself and one’s life story.
A Deep Dive™ is NOT a ceremony. It is not a Shamanic ritual. It is a pragmatic, non-devotional, introspective event that is not connected to any existing worship or sacrament. Do not expect the event to adhere to any pre-existing dogmas or belief systems.
One basic aspiration is to be fully present no matter what, even if what unfolds is not what you expect or think should be correct according to your earlier experiences.
The Deep Dive™ is offered in the context of Marianne and Johan Niklasson’s description of the Work of disidentifying with Personality and instead identifying with Essence. You are invited to be honest, caring, sensitive, respectful, non-judgemental, accepting, relatable, and friendly.

Is a Deep Dive for me?
Before you sign up, there are a few things that you must consider.
A Deep Dive using Amanita Muscaria is very different from other types of substance-induced experiences and states. First of all, this is not a psychedelic. It is not a “joy-ride” or entertainment. People who approach Amanita Muscaria with the attitude “I have taken almost everything and now I want to check out Amanita Muscaria” are usually shocked, disappointed, humbled, and/or “blown away”.
Very experienced psychonauts might be shown their “spiritual Ego” to not be of so much value as they might have thought.
Others explain, “This is the One,” “This is it, what I have been looking for all my life,” or “I am no longer a Seeker, I am a Finder!” This is not to dismiss or devalue all the different medicines nature offers; it is meant to help you understand the very unique experience an Amanita Muscaria Deep Dive can provide.
The unique properties of an Amanita Muscaria Deep Dive mean it is not for everyone.
This is a short list of things that you must know about before signing up:
You should not join a Deep Dive event if you have a history of psychotic episodes or if you are medicated for severe psychological issues. Being on Antidepressants is a clear counter indication.
It is very rare, but it happens that individuals are allergic to Amanita Muscaria. This usually induces stomach pain and/or vomiting. By microdosing before a Deep Dive, you can exclude that possibility.
If you are very set in your belief system or your identity, it may be hard on you and others when that is broken up. Being open to the fact that you do not know who you are and you do not know what is the “ultimate truth” is not only helpful but a necessity. It is good to take part based on “not having one’s cup full”.
If you are a heavy user of marijuana/grass/weed, the effects of Amanita Muscaria may be unavailable to your system. It has been recommended that such use be stopped for several weeks before a deep dive.
If you know you have a weak heart or heart issues, epilepsy, cramps, or any other substantial physical inclemency, you should seek a different format for a Deep Dive where your physical state can be monitored, and potential problems can be intercepted by medical professionals.
The events we offer here are meant for physically healthy, emotionally stable, and mentally clear people. If you have special needs, please contact us, as we may be able to offer a special setting for you.
As your inner world is unique to you, your Deep Dive experience will also be unique. It is beneficial not to approach a Deep Dive with assumptions, presumptions, or expectations.
We will prepare you in the best way we can without dressing the experience in mysticism, occultism, religion, or other mystical layers that may obscure your experience. This is about you meeting you – just a much bigger and less restricted you.

General progression of a Deep Dive Weekend
Friday is the day of Arrival and Orientation.
Arrival between 14:00 and 15:00
Friday is the day to gradually and fully arrive out of our busy lives in the Here and Now.
Through sharing and orientation about the work with Amanita Muscaria, you will get the opportunity to deeply connect with the group, yourself and your intention for the upcoming journey.
In the evening, we might dance, gather around a fire, or quietly enjoy our own space – whatever feels right – before we go to sleep.
During the evening, you have a private chat with Johan and Marianne, where we talk about dosage and any other issues that might be important for you.
The night from Friday to Saturday, depending on the location, you will have your own room, share a room, or sleep on a mattress in the group space.
We will be fasting, with tea, water, and some juice available throughout the day.
Saturday is the day of the Dive.
We start in the morning with a short dynamic moving meditation, to become fully present in our bodies.
Then, we prepare our spaces, and ourselves, for the Dive.
At around 09:00 in the morning, we embark on our journey.
A Deep Dive usually lasts between 10-12 hours. During the whole time, there is an experienced team of sitters caring for the safety and comfort of each of the travelers.
There is only water to drink on this day.
For those who come out of their journey with an appetite, there will be some fruit, warm soup and simple tasty foods to eat in the evening.
There will be a quiet time for reflection, writing, or drawing, or hanging out with other travellers around the fire or in the space, before we all go to bed for a good night’s sleep.
Since Amanita Muscaria works in mysterious ways, your journey may continue in the night, so dreams, insights, and magical experiences can just as much happen during sleep time as during the actual session.
Sunday is the day of Integration.
This is the first day of your several-week integration period.
We will begin the day at around 9 with a nourishing breakfast, move our bodies, and then gather for an in-depth sharing and reflection about our Deep Dive journey and the night afterward.
You will receive all the orientation and context needed to integrate whatever you experienced during the journey into your life – to allow your unique mystery to unfold.
Between 13:00 and 14:00 we come to a close.
Those who want, can stay longer until they feel ready to start their journey home.
Three to four weeks after the Deep Dive, you are invited for a Follow-up call.
Language: German and English are both easily accommodated.

Liebe Marianne,
es war bis jetzt mein tiefstes, einzigartigstes Erlebnis beim Deep Dive in S… mit euch!
Ich kam mit einer sehr freudigen und kindlichen Erwartung an und konnte es kaum erwarten es zu erleben. Mein Körper probiert sehr gerne aus. Habe sehr viele Fastenerfahrungen gemacht, laufe im Sommer barfuß in den Bergen herum, habe 9 Tage Trockenfasten ausprobiert. Ich habe gelernt, dass vieles (fast alles) nicht stimmt was wir so in der Schule und später von Autoritäten gelernt haben. Ich will wissen was in mir steckt und ich will mein Potential entdecken! Ich wollte immer schon mehr vom Leben und habe schon früh Verantwortung für mein Leben übernommen.
Habe sofort bei euch in S… eine tiefe Ehrfurcht gespürt für eure wundervolle Arbeit und wünschte mir von Herzen auch mal begleiten zu dürfen. Da wußte ich noch gar nicht, dass dies sogar möglich wäre. Das freute mich umso mehr als ihr das erwähnt habt!
Beim Deep Dive tauchte ich tief, die Zeit war verschwunden, ich weiß nicht wo ich war und was passierte. Mir wurde bewußt, dass ich in wichtigen Momenten meines Lebens allein war, ich komme alleine, ich gehe alleine… So ähnlich könnte der Sterbeprozess sein. Ich kann mich erinnern, dass ich zutiefst geweint habe, geweint um mein unschuldiges, braves, liebes kleines Leben, mein inneres Kind war ich, alleingelassen, so schüchtern und voller Scham und scheu. Ich habe alles rausgekotzt und das hat gutgetan. Mir war so sterbensschlecht, dass ich mir nicht vorstellen konnte jemals wieder zu Kräften zu kommen. Ich war fertig! Aber glückselig, es geschafft zu haben!
Sofort wieder! Dieses Ausprobieren mit der Natur, das taugt mir, das gefällt mir, es ist so einfach, es ist alles da….
Was mir noch wichtig zu sagen ist, dass ich total liebevoll aufgefangen wurde und ich konnte mich getrost fallenlassen, ich fühlte mich wie ein bedingungslos geliebtes Kind…ich bedanke mich von Herzen dafür!
Das Wüstenangebot wäre ein Traum für mich, das würde mich sehr reizen…

Meine Intension war es zu schauen was mich noch zurück hält leichter und geschmeidiger mit dem Leben fliessen zu können. Ich hatte in der Zeit vor dem Dive mit meiner Verlassenheitswunde und dem Vaterthema zu tun. Ich wollte den Raum in mir für alle meine Anteile liebevoll weiter öffnen.
Im Dive selber habe ich 2 sehr prägende traumatische Erfahrungen wieder besucht. Doch überraschenderweise gab es keine schwierigen Emotionen mehr dazu. Vielleicht ging es gerade darum zu erkennen das die grosse Arbeit bereits getan ist.
Viel Raum hat auch die Begegnung mit meiner Inneren instinkthaften verspielten Natur eingenommen die sich einerseits als verspieltes, sprunghaftes, Äffchen und andererseits auch als unschuldige, verspielte Kind Natur gezeigt hatte. Ich habe sehr viel gelacht und war total absorbiert von diesem freudigen Spiel mit mir und meiner Umgebung und dem Leben. Es gab keine Zeit nur das Jetzt. Gleichzeitig war ich mit dem Universum , einem Raum jenseits vom Höheren Selbst, nah an der Zeitlosen Quelle, verbunden. Von da aus habe ich viel Ruhe und liebevoll beobachtende Präsenz erfahren.
Diese Erfahrung hilft mir gerade eine grössere Herausforderung die sich jetzt nach dem Dive durch eine Beziehung zeigt , neu und kreativer zu meistern.
Ich erhielt auch ein Geschenk aus der Quelle zur Unterstützung der Wiederherstellung Vollkommener Gesundheit für meine Körperin. Ebenso durfte ich ein Muster erkennen das für meine Gesundheit nicht so förderlich ist.
Ich bin dabei diese Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen zu integrieren … bin zur Zeit mit einigen Fragen beschäftigt … es arbeitet noch in mir. Etwas verändert sich tief in mir auf positive Weise…
